This grape variety grows on around 100,000 hectares and is best known for the classic Tuscan wines: Chianti, Brunello and Vino nobile.
The history of the Sangiovese began in the 18th century, the late ripening grape has abundant varieties.
With great passion they cultivate the traditional Sangiovese grape in the still young DOCG wine-growing area, Montecucco, with the help of some equally passionate oenologists.
In 2015, the cousins acquired their eight hectares of land from one of the most renowned vineyards in Tuscany. As of today they now attract the interest of sommeliers and wine critics with their wines.
